OBL Advisory is led by Hardik Thakkar, a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in the luxury residential market across Mumbai and Dubai. His journey in real estate includes working closely with some of the most recognized developers such as Lodha, Runwal, Damac, and Bombay Realty, giving him a strong understanding of how premium projects are planned, priced, and positioned in the market. He has also held leadership roles at global real estate consulting firms like JLL and Colliers, where he served as an Associate Director specializing in high end residential markets. This experience has shaped his structured and research driven approach toward property evaluation, enabling him to assess opportunities from both a developer and a buyer perspective.
